Tigernut Bliss Balls

ingredients

  • 1 cup Strp’d Tigernut Flour

  • 1 cup Strp’d Tigernut Flakes

  • 1 cup soft, pitted dates

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • Handful chocolate chips

instructions

  1. Blitz everything (except the chocolate chips) in a food processor until a sticky crumble forms.

  2. Add chocolate chips to the mixture.

  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons and roll firmly into balls.

  4. Enjoy now for a soft bite, or chill for firmer treats.
