Baked ‘No-Oats’

Ingredients:

  • 50g tigernut flour

  • 110ml oat milk

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend tigernut flour, oat milk, baking powder, maple syrup, and banana.

  2. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  4. Pour milk over the top before serving. Enjoy!
