Baked ‘No-Oats’
Ingredients:
50g tigernut flour
110ml oat milk
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 banana
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Blend tigernut flour, oat milk, baking powder, maple syrup, and banana.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Pour milk over the top before serving. Enjoy!
