Tigernut flour is a grain-free, nut-free alternative to regular flour. It is naturally sweet, which means you can halve the amount of sugar/sweetener that a recipe recommends!
Compared to almond flour, it is more than 25% lower in calories and more than 40% higher in fibre. Compared to regular gluten-free flour it is over 25% lower in carbs!
